- You see the demo and love it
- You approve moving forward to the live website
This means you are making an informed, satisfied decision before any payment is made, which makes refund situations extremely rare.
2. Refund Eligibility
✓ Full Refund Eligible: If we fail to deliver your demo within 48 hours after you submitted complete business details.

3. Revision Before Refund
If you are unhappy with the delivered website, we strongly encourage you to first use your included revision rounds. Most concerns are resolved through revisions, which are faster and better for everyone.
- Starter Pack: 2 revisions
- Growth Pack: 4 revisions
- Premium Pack: Unlimited revisions
A refund request will be considered only after revision attempts have been exhausted.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
5. Annual Maintenance Plans
- Annual maintenance fees (₹4,999/year) are non-refundable once the service period has started
- If cancelled before service starts, a full refund applies
