1. Services

VisibleNow provides website design and development services for local businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

All projects operate on a 50/50 payment structure:

50% advance payment is required before development begins
The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the completed website, before it goes live
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or Razorpay (cards/net banking)

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver all websites within 48 hours of receiving the 50% advance payment and required business information. Delivery timelines may vary if required content (text, images, logo) is not provided promptly.

4. Revisions

Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the package. Revisions requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information required to build the website
Hold the rights to any logos, images, or content you supply to us
Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the completed website and its content. VisibleNow retains the right to display the work in its portfolio as a case study, unless you request otherwise.

7. Hosting and Renewal

Hosting and domain are included for Year 1 in applicable packages. After Year 1, continued service requires renewal (₹1,999/year or ₹199/month). Failure to renew may result in the website going offline.

8. Limitation of Liability

VisibleNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website we deliver. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
